[Lnc-business] Seeking cosponsors

I am seeking cosponsors to reduce the capital expenses line by $6500 in the
2020 budget.

Per Hagan, we increased that line by $6500 this weekend with the
understanding that it would be for the AC repair which is being rushed to
be completed this year, this is now unneeded in 2020. Of course if the LNC
votes to freeze out our staff, I will vote against the motion I just don't
want it to sit and be forgotten about thus my introduction now.
