[Lnc-business] Seeking co-sponsors, motion to increase Capital Expenditures $14k for new HVAC

We wish but this all is simply wear & tear on a system that's about 19
years of age - so no. When we purchased the building the inspection gave
us 5-7 years on the HVAC.
