Below are my comments on v3 of the 10/26/19 electronic meeting minutes:

Substantive:

p. 7 – The sample ballot is missing Daniel Kaiser as one of the 48 who were
nominated.

p. 5 indicates that, “Mr. Sarwark appointed Mr. Rutherford as interim
chair.” LP Bylaws Article 11.1 prescribes that the LNC (not just the
chair) appoints temporary chairs to this committee, and my notes indicate
that this was done by the LNC with a motion. Mr. Sarwark inquired whether
there was any objection to appointing Mark Rutherford, and there was no
objection.

Footnote 3 on p. 5 states that, “There were several ties which were
resolved by a coin toss.” To be more specific, a coin toss broke a tie
between Wiest/Blau and another between DiBenedetto/Levasseur.

Editorial:

p. 5 reflects that, “Without objection, Mr. Sarwark gave opportunity for
any applicants present to speak on their own behalf for up to two (2)
minutes.” You could also document that additionally, various LNC members
spoke on behalf of various applicants.

If you wish to have some transition in the plot from the
speaking-for-candidates section to the election results section, you could
add “The meeting stood at ease while ballots were distributed and cast.”
