Ms. Harlos,
The COC is not "the point of coordination" as suggested in the paragraph
below (pg. 4). The COC will assign meeting space for the various
regions with the tentative date/time being Friday, May 22, 2020 from 6
Pm to 7 PM local time.
"Most regions choose to elect their representatives at a special
regional caucus meeting
during the national convention. Meeting space is provided for this
purpose, and the
Convention Oversight Committee is the point of coordination for the
current regional
representatives to set up these elections, if applicable."
Can you please revise so as to not imply the COC has anything to do with
Regional elections other than to provide meeting space?
