You're absolutely wrong Caryn Ann. Most of what we do is governed by the
bylaws and policy manual. That which is not is reffered to RONR (I've
spoken to Mr. Brown about almost this exact issue, and we are well
within our bounds to protect the organization). The Chair has not said
anything other than "I think this is not suitable, and don't WANT to
return it" which, to be honest, doesn't sit well with me and other
members of this board (and I'm sure a large portion of our membership if
that's where it needs to go). No one on this board is going to forcibly
make me or anyone else associate with child predators. I promise you
that. I WILL make this motion, and I guarantee that the chair will not
call it out of order. None of us should be pussyfooting around child
predators, and I truly hope that you will not either.
In liberty,
Joshua

Until then we do not have it, and if this motion does get enough co-sponsors I will object as being contrary to our bylaws.

It is certainly a motion that could easily draw a judicial committee review if some member was motivated enough to check the power of the LNC.
