Hello everyone, and specifically the chairs of the states that have made
appointments.  I have reached out to your appointees so please let me know
if any say they have not received my email.  I have sent over this Welcome
Package which is something I prepared for this term drawing upon my
experience as Platform Committee Chair at the 2018 convention.  You may
find parts of it useful for your own purposes.  This will be deposited in
the Party records for use and improvement in the future and to build our
institutional knowledge and education which has been a source of
frustration for me.
