The election of permanent chair concluded yesterday as follows:

With vote total of Ebke (5), Harlos (12), Recuero (0), NOTA (0), Harlos is
elected as permanent chair.


Ms. Ebke declined vice-chair but offered to step in on an as-needed basis.
