[Lnc-business] Policy Manual Style Changes

God hates me.  I was 90% done with the markups and saved diligently but
apparently Word disagrees.  It is not too bad, I just have to redo a few
but the dinner is started.  You will all have in your inboxes before
tomorrow AM but I suggest this item be on Sunday regardless along with the
historical committee report.  Doing the mark-up is very intensive but
necessary so that everyone is fully informed on what they are voting on.

I am still missing most of the reports mentioned before (thank you to those
who did send) so if I get those tonight, I will update OneNote obviously.
