Wording for Sunday's first agenda item. 

Move to add a subsection to Section 2.05, Membership Policies   

People may purchase a Junior Membership for young children or a Mascot
Membership for pets for $15. This program is designed for those
incapable of signing the membership certification. Junior Members and
Mascot Members are entitled to no rights nor benefits other than
receiving a membership card.
