Dear All,

I would like to thank Drew Layda for his service on the Convention
Oversight Committee to this point. Mr. Layda stepped down from the
Convention Oversight Committee due to professional obligations.

I am pleased to announce that BetteRose Ryan has been appointed to fill the
vacancy and welcome her back to the committee.
