The solution would be a Bylaws change allowing an immediate election of
a JC that will hold office until 2022 when the regular cycle would
resume. Caryn Ann is correct in that the Bylaws cannot be suspended.
We cannot resume the election as unfinished business because all
business terminated at the end of the convention, we didn't table it
until the next meeting.
