[Lnc-business] Convention - seeking cosponsor

I agree with Ms. Mattson. Having a meeting might make some people feel
good but there is no way we can take any concrete action at this time
since the situation is so fluid. Unfortunately the Bylaws do not
provide for anything other than a in-person meeting so any kind of
electronic meeting proposal is moot. We will just have to wait and see.
