[Lnc-business] Convention: seeking co-sponsors

I'm getting different answers, both that (1) we can make the decision
very late because we are preparing contingencies and (2) it needs to be
an in-person convention and we cannot prepare online contingencies. The
committee is multiple people and the situation is fluid so that
discordance is perhaps to be expected.
I personally hope and believe we will be able to do an in-person
convention. If that becomes impossible for whatever reason, I don't want
us boxed into a bad choice because we put off the planning until it was
too late.
