[Lnc-business] Convention: seeking co-sponsors

If the practical plan is that the option is no longer practical, I think
that would suffice the purpose of the motion. We need realistic options.

Since there is no debate on the meeting it seems, I would cosponsor the
call for electronic meeting on the 20th at 9ET to discuss the matter of our
convention and what our intentions are. I believe a 2-3 week window is far
too small. I, for example, have always been taught that the best practice
is to setup travel about 4 weeks in advance.
