Clarity: the minor changes referred to are for the minutes, not the policy
manual.  However, once all the changes are completed, I will make a final
run through to be sure we caught every style issue to pass on a nice clean
PM to the next LNC.  If there are any additional, they will be few.  Our
review was very thorough.
