[Lnc-business] Potential temporary policy manual change

Either we can change the PM or we all need to have an understanding of
potential meetings almost everyday, depending on the circumstances and
schedule the meetings in advance to be cancelled if unneeded.
I'm good either way, but think that waiting until after the May 2 meeting
might be better to figure out what we need to do on that end while still
giving us time.
