In the article below:

Dr. Stephen Hotze of Harris County and other plaintiffs filed a lawsuit
against Greg Abbott in his official capacity as Governor in Travis
County District Court (a state court) seeking temporary and permanent
injunctions against the lockdown orders of the governor. The case number
in the Travis County District Court's system is D-1-GN-20-002146. They
are still looking for more qualified plaintiffs who have been harmed by
the governor's orders. The lead attorney is former Harris County GOP
Chair, Jared Woodfill.

Would we want Mr. Hall to look into adding the LNC to the list of
plaintiffs harmed by Texas's lockdown orders? I'm leaning against
joining, but felt the lawsuit needed to be brought to the LNC's
attention.
