[Lnc-business] Informing delegates

Don't if this have been done yet, can the State Chairs be told the
importance of having delegate and alternate e-mails in the Credentialing
system? As decisions are made and information becomes available, we'll
need to inform the delegates, alternates, and others who bought packages
about any changes to the convention.
