[Lnc-business] [COC 2018-20] March End-of-Month Financial Reports

I'd have to dig up the breakdown, but I remember the convention theme 
contest was a vast majority of the $31,291 of unrestricted 
convention-related donations. The rest of the convention-related 
donations included things like if a member gave $1k to help with the A/V 
and they also could be asked to be refunded.
