[Lnc-business] Possible convention bids discussion

I agree. I don't think that location (city) and dates are violating any
secrecy.  As that's broad information.  Not specific.  But, is helpful
to delegates.  

The LP members normally know dates and city location for a national
convention well in advance of a year. Including locations just being
considered, prior to contracts.
