Hello John, here is an illustration of what we spoke of. We did this at the
LPWI convention.

1.       Call to Order on virtual platform

2.       Welcome from the Chair

       3.      Credentials & Procedures

       4.      Approve convention agenda, etc
       5.      Approve minutes from the 2018 Convention
       6.      POTUS Nominations/Selection
       7.     VPOTUS  Nominations/Selection
       8.     Motion to Recess

        9.  *RECONVENE in PERSON at a later date/location*

      10-whatever... any other business- Platform, by-laws, chair and
officer elections, etc.


1-8 can be done in whatever order is proper/traditional, whatever.


This accomplishes getting nominations done so that we can work on ballot
access in a timely manner, while still preserving in-person debate, and all
the other benefits, of an in-person convention, at a later date.
