[Lnc-business] Potential resolution

I have proposed language on a resolution (not regarding the convention) on
the government shut downs etc.  If anyone would like to be involved in
worshipping it off list please let me know.  Mr. Longstreth already
indicated he would, so I will be sending it to him.
