Is this true??? In which budget line did the LNC agree to such an
expenditure?
I've seen these polling leverage efforts used before, even by LNC chairs,
though they were not paid polls. If delegates are contacted and given only
a narrow question when the reality of the situation involves 20 different
variables, the answers are useless. We have more information than the
delegates do, and we were elected to make complex decisions with our access
to more information.
