[Lnc-business] Violation of use of name rights

Dear Elizabeth,

The Executive Director already brought it to my attention, as well as to
the attention of Congressman Amash's Chief of Staff, and we have directed
our counsel Oliver Hall to request that this committee fraudulently using
the Libertarian Party's name without permission be taken down. With ballot
access litigation and other pressing legal matters, it is not the most
immediate priority, but it will be done.

It would have been my hope to handle this quickly and quietly without
drawing attention to it, but I do appreciate the spirit of concern and
transparency in bringing it to the public discussion list.

Yours in liberty,
Nick
