[Lnc-business] Certificate of Nomination

To add to these thoughts, I am wiling to support a bifurcated convention
but I will not be signing any certificate of nomination until the physical
convention. If the early states don't require such a certificate, then no
problem. If we have an online convention, I am not signing off on any
certificate of nomination. And before our chair invites me to resign as he
has been doing to people who disagree, my role as convention secretary is
in the bylaws, and the bylaws still matter to me, and it is my job to
fulfill my duties within my conscience, and I will protect the party from
someone else committing perjury.

found anything offensive or overly off-putting (or some other social faux
pas) in an actual email, please contact me privately and let me know. *
