[Lnc-business] Financial implications of canceling in-person convention

Susan,

Thank you for the helpful input.  When LPMI cancelled their in-person 
convention and transitioned to online, they sent emails to those who'd 
bought packages, tickets and tables.  They asked if the person would 
like a refund, or if no rely and/or would prefer to direct the funds to 
a donation. I choose to not request a refund. While I don't have data on 
their total outcome financially, I've not heard of any adverse financial 
situation that occurred due the switch to an online convention.

I've also worked with Tara on making calls,  Like you, I'd be happy to 
contact registrants to offer options, should it be needed.
