[Lnc-business] Impartiality of Chair

I would be intrigued to hear how the chair views his participation in that
poll as impartial. Knowing that Facebook shows who voters are, I as a
policy do not participate in polls that would require some level of
impartiality, such as presidential opinion polls leading up to convention.
If I can exercise that restraint from my office and on my own Region 1
polls despite some personal thoughts, I would expect that the chair be able
to do the same. Having your personal thoughts is fine; violating
impartiality is not and does not show that you represent everyone.
