One thing I want to mention in addition, pending what I find tomorrow, I do believe we are in a position to reach out to the governors office for an exemption if we are handicapped. We should exhaust all necessary steps, time and reason allowing, to make this work before considering a change of course. We are the Third Largest Political Party in the United States, we are big enough to fight what is thrown at us and if there is not a way we will make a way.
Sincerely,
Steven Nekhaila

The State of Florida does not have any public guidelines for
self-quarantine procedure that I can find, however, the following
definitions of isolation & quarantine (an important distinction between
the two) come from the CDC:

"
Isolation separates sick people with a quarantinable communicable
disease from people who are not sick.
Quarantine separates and restricts the movement of people who were
exposed to a contagious disease to see if they become sick.
"

A more elaborative explanation would be:

Quarantine: Compulsory separation, including restriction of movement, of
people who potentially have been exposed to a contagious disease, until
it can be determined whether they have become sick or no longer pose a
risk to others. This determination could be made, for example, based on
the time elapsed from their potential exposure.

Isolation: Separation of people known or suspected (via signs, symptoms
or laboratory criteria) to be infected with a contagious disease from
those who are not sick to prevent them from transmitting the disease to
others.

While self-quarantine isn't explicit based on FL Executive Orders, it
would be reasonable to assume that it would be that travelers are
ordered to restrict movement reasonably.

I will speak with more direct official sources tomorrow to investigate
the real world impacts of the order and its implications.
