I vote NO.

Reason: I won't endorse the precedent of anonymously written motions.
We're not a secret board, nor it is a good idea to work under the cloak
of anonymity. Motions written by those who wish to remain anonymous
should be rejected. Such motions can be used to smack others on this
board, LP members in general, and/or affiliates. With the writer
staying unknown. That is wrong, and this body has gone down a dangerous
path to engage in this sort of cloak-of-darkness games.
If this important, it can be taken-up by the next LNC. With all parties
to the motion being know, and their reasons for the motion clearly
stated.
