I had a conference with Mr. Fishman earlier to loop me in on the convention
preparation and I will remain intimately involved.

Mr. Bishop-Henchman, has the bylaws committee considered a "check in.check
out" rule for quorum issues?  I can talk with you on the phone if you need
me to explicate further.
