[Lnc-business] Regional Agreements and Request for Opinion of Chair

Dear Ms. Harlos,

The convention begins on May 22, 2020, so regions would need to be formed
no later than May 23, 2020. The fact that there is a second sitting planned
in the motion passed by the LNC does not change that the initial gavel is
of a convention and May 23 is the second day.

I would also note that regional agreements can be formed now and the
national staff would be happy to facilitate any regions that would like to
have a regional meeting in the virtual convention space in the time prior
to the convention, as long as it doesn't conflict with testing, planning,
or debate events that are using the space.

Yours truly,
Nick
