Hello all, I have my first draft  brief balloting guide for state
delegation chairs.  Please look over and offer suggestions or corrections.

to the Regionals that are acting as tellers, I will be recording a training
video for you later today.  I will also be asking Dan to set up a private
slack channel for us.

Ms. Hogarth and Dr. Lark since you two are going to be busy, I have
recruited a volunteer to assist region 5.  I believe I have someone to pick
up region zero and assist the rest.
