I think this is a very gray area. you may want to get a ruling from the
chair. I would put everything you want in the agreement - and I would not
assume that the reps take office - as Sam said - in Orlando. I actually
think the opposite is true unless that is set out in the agreement.
You cannot be wrong by specifying each thing in the agreement.
