[Lnc-business] staff changes

Dear LNC,

Our contract with Hive Consulting for managing our social media will be
ending this month and we will not be renewing. I am envisioning outsourcing
to a professional firm that specializes in Social Media based fundraising,
but I'm not really thinking about it in depth till post convention.

We also welcome Chris Clemence as Development Associate.

A member of the Libertarian Party since 2006, Chris has been active in
party leadership at the local and state level for the past several years,
including serving on the state executive committee of the Texas affiliate
and as chairman of his county chapter.

Chris holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of
Kansas and a juris doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. When
not working to advance liberty, Chris is a freelance writer with bylines
from several major publications.
