[Lnc-business] Status of Orlando contract

Dear All,

I know some members of the LNC have been concerned about whether I would
sign a contract in advance of this weekend's online sitting of the
convention. As I clarified on May 9, when asked by the Secretary, I did not
have a contract presented to me by the Convention Oversight Committee to
review and sign.

As of this morning, May 21, that is still the case.
