The contract for the LP National Convention at the Rosen Shingle Creek
Resort Orlando has been reviewed by the COC and was transmitted with our
revisions to LP Counsel Oliver Hall late last week as well as to the
hotel. Mr. Hall reviewed the contract and returned it with his comments
the next day. During the 3 hour COC meeting last night Mr. Hall's
comments were considered and discussions with the hotel will continue
today.

Please note that in normal times this process usually takes at least a
couple weeks but all parties have accelerated their efforts to get the
contract done promptly.

The COC plans to have a final version of the contract ready for
signature by the Chair this weekend. As to whether he will sign it at
that time is entirely up to him.
