Several members of the COC have already stated that they shared the
contract with others.  (laughing)

"Show proof, or you're just covering."   That's not how I state things. 
Weird of you to write that.  

It is interesting that you wrote:  "...what member of the COC put out a
confidential contract..."

Now that at least two members have stated they did share the contract
and/or language in the contract, are concerned with those actions?  Or,
are you only concerned if it points to the 'Chair"? 

(No need to answer, those are rhetorical questions. ; )
