[Lnc-business] Was the email list if delegates provided to candidates

There is a member in my region who would like a copy of the delegate list
by state delegation. What is the procedure for obtaining that?

Caryn Ann previously told me it would be available after convention, as a
matter of record I presume. However, I would like to know how one might get
it before then...
