[Lnc-business] private delegate email sent out by HQ

If you didn't want to reveal it why put it on the business list. These
are better communications to happen one-on-one with the person that can
actually answer the question or fix the problem.

In other words, you need to talk to Dan first, ask the question. If he
doesn't respond then go to Nick, if he doesn't respond then go to the
full LNC.

Caryn Ann, I respect you, but a ton of what gets put on the public list
is vague, circumstantial, and leading. We can't do business like that
anymore. It has hurt everyone. If we are holding people accountable (as
we should) we need to be sure that the facts are there. Acts like this
are, in my opinion, more due to absent-minded negligence rather than
calculated malice. Does that mean it is excusable, no. However, neither
does that mean we need to act at this minute, as the problem has a
solution that would look really bad if it happened right now, and the
damage is usual minor annoyance. If you have evidence of harassment,
then that changes the story.

To borrow a principle from the military, don't open fire until you are
sure who you are shooting at, or if they are a threat.
