Subject: (Urgent) Motion to Petition LNC

Good evening Dr. Lark,

This evening, the State Board of the LPD voted 9 in favor, 1 abstention for the following motion:

Whereas LNC Chair, Nicholas Sarwark, abandoned the convention in a fit of unprofessional temper, the State Board votes as follows to petition the LNC to vacate the Chair of the LNC and vest all authority in the Vice Chair, Mr. Alex Merced.

In the interest of the time invested by the body of the National Libertarian Party, the LP staff, volunteers, delegates and small 'l' libertarians, and due to our contractual obligations, we have no confidence in Nick to sign the agreed upon contract, or act in good faith on behalf of the Libertarian Party. We hope you will take appropriate action, and we thank you for your dedicated service to the ideals of liberty. On a personal note, I wish we didn't have to end your term on the LNC on such a sour note.

Yours in gratitude and liberty,

Sean L. Goward

Chair

Libertarian Party of Delaware
