[Lnc-business] Official Libertarian Party Assets and Communications

I believe the chair is not accurately representing the policy. The APRC
language doesn't say "official party communications" as was referenced in
the chair's email. It says "public communications."
Even then, only certain types of public communications must be reviewed
prior to being sent, those being public communications of an "enduring
nature, such as LP News, Liberty Pledge News, self-published party
literature and fundraising letters."
If you're speaking about today's COC transmission, these are not
communications with/to the public any more than were the debate tokens we
sent a few days ago, the Election Buddy ballots sent during the weekend's
online event, or the secretary's transmission of tally sheets to delegation
state chairs during the weekend. As such, they don't fall under APRC
review policy.
