[Lnc-business] LP members personal emails-How is this shared?

I've been asked by a Region 3 member to find out how Joshua Smith got
their personal email address.  As this person got an email Sunday at
4:11 PM from Smith.  

The same email came to my personal email, but had forgotten about it
until this member asked.   I'm also curious as to how my personal email
was obtained, to be used for LNC campaign emails.  There was also a
flood of POTUS campaign email to my personal email inbox over the
weekend.

Is LP HQ sharing LP members personal emails?   If so, under what
circumstances?
