I'll speak for myself as a COC member....

Nick, I don't recall you ever saying to me, at least, anything about
contractual concerns. The first I heard you articulate those was on the
call with Mr. Rosen yesterday.

In fact, Mr. Hayes has been working daily with the hotel, and including
Oliver, on contract language related to our financial risks, etc.

You are being dishonest.

As for the claims regarding remote participation, we have been in
discussion with the A/V company for many weeks about options for those who
would not be able to attend due to travel restrictions. And as I left the
COC call this past Monday night, an LNC member was discussing with the rest
of the committee remote options, as well. You failed to stay and
participate on that call....or previous ones you were invited to.

So, either you don't want to know the truth, or you choose to ignore it.
Either way, the justification you give here for your action is off base.
