Maybe I'm reading the Chair's e-mail differently that you are. Although
he had been clear that he preferred an all on-line convention, this
e-mail he is talking about maximum delegate participation during the
second sitting. The delegates expressed their will of having the second
sitting in Orlando, but were never given an opportunity to vote on
whether to include remote participation by any delegate with health
concerns for themselves or their families. I'm hearing enough delegates
wanting this, that I believe it will brought up at the convention. The
LNC, possibly through the COC or the Executive Director, needs to plan
for remote participation from home and have the technology prepared in
case the delegates vote for it.
