[Lnc-business] The actions of our chair

Thank you Mr. Phillips.  I HOPE to be able to  withdraw this request with
the Chair realizing he is not king.  If not, I would like to have four
people willing to stand up and say no, you cannot exceed your authority to
be ab le to move quickly.
