[Lnc-business] EMAIL BALLOT 200524-01: Authorize Signing of Orlando Contract

I change my vote to yes.
===
Because of the chair's excessive posturing and notes that he will not
follow our policy manual in terms of signing the approved contract from the
COC,
And because the chair has indicated a desire to sign an unapproved contract
despite being reminded of clear policy manual requirements,
And because we need to finalize arrangements with the hotel by tomorrow
I change my vote to yes.
I have given Mr Sarwark plenty of time to consider his duties. I have tried
to give the benefit of the doubt that a better contract would yield his
participation and adherence to our policies. I am at this point convinced
that we have the best possible contract in front of us, including the new
COC edits to empower the LNC to cancel. The risk is minimal to the party.
Whatever the game here is, I am no longer willing to give Mr. Sarwark any
more time and change my vote to yes so that obstructionist behavior can be
overcome and this party can hopefully (and finally) move forward.

Region 1 Representative (AK, AZ, CO, HI, KS, MT, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY)
