[Lnc-business] EMAIL BALLOT 200524-01: Authorize Signing of Orlando Contract

Why would that be since we never took a vote on that contract.  The only 
one that we have take a formal vote on and approved for your signature 
is the one sent to you last night  You are grasping at straws here.
