[Lnc-business] EMAIL BALLOT 200524-01: Authorize Signing of Orlando Contract

It sounds like you're claiming that LNC members could vote on a motion and
have the subject of the motion change after the voting started. Absent
Vermin Supreme's time machine, that seems problematic.
