[Lnc-business] EMAIL BALLOT 200524-01: Authorize Signing of Orlando Contract

So both the Secretary and Vice-Chair of the party are ready to sign the
legitimate contract approved by the COC. As of tomorrow we will have
the ability to move forward to plan the second sitting of the 2020 LP
National Convention.
