Very good question.  There is only that one substantive change in both the
cancellation and force majuere clauses requiring an affirmative vote
(simple majority since it is silent on a threshold) of the LNC.

That is eminently reasonable if the goal was to have something we could all
be comfortable with.

There were two pro firms changes to the confirmation clause about CoC
approval and that being the most current version.
